The predecessor of Wanzhi Group was founded in 2002 in Henan Zidong Iron & Steel Center by Mr. Wang Huamin, founder and chairman of the Group.
At the beginning of the establishment of the company, the main business is coiling, steel bar, Angle steel, channel steel, I-beam, plate and other building materials inventory and sales. Since then, we have gradually begun to undertake various types of medium engineering projects, focusing on the overall expansion of our business scope and multi-channel parallelism, so far the rapid growth.
On August 8, 2018, Wanzhi Group completed brand integration, equity allocation and asset reorganization, officially launching the management transformation and strategic layout of Wanzhi Group.
At present, the main business of the group is divided into five parts: building materials research and development production, spot storage and sales, import and export trade, project bidding, information network technology and enterprise management strategy consulting.
Wanzhi Iron & Steel co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Wanzhi Group in import and export business. Relying on Zhengzhou Wanzhi Materials Co., LTD., a regional branch of Henan Province, it is responsible for the import and export business of metal materials. It is also a private trademark and brand of Wanzhi Group. It has 9 major metal material import and export departments, covering the whole industrial chain of more than 90 metal material products, with 17 years in the metal material industry. More than 12 years of import and export experience, with global cooperation in more than 80 countries/regions. The annual export volume exceeds 200,000 tons and the annual export volume exceeds us $30,000,000.
